I hereby give, devise and bequeath to THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA FOUNDATION, INC., an Oklahoma not-for-profit corporation (the “Foundation”), [___ percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate; OR ___________ dollars; OR specific asset] to support the ____________ Fund held by the Foundation. If a restriction on such gift becomes unlawful, impracticable, impossible to achieve or wasteful, or if the release or modification of a gift restriction otherwise furthers the purposes of the gift as reasonably construed by the Foundation, then the Foundation may modify or release such restriction.
Bequest without a specific designation.
I hereby give, devise and bequeath to THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA FOUNDATION, INC., an Oklahoma not-for-profit corporation, [___ percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate; OR ___________ dollars; OR specific asset].
